Here you will experience a physical, dynamic style of yoga in which the various postures (asanas) flow smoothly into one another. The emphasis is on the flow of the sequences in conjunction with Ujjayi breathing and proper alignment of the exercises. Flow is intense, strengthening yoga. It promotes endurance, balance and flexibility. An inspiring class in which the asana sequences are varied, build on each other and are sometimes set to music. Through the repetition of sequences and the connection of breathing and movement you get into the so-called "flow".
